All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Vernon, CA. We work with several shipping companies to ensure the lowest shipping rate. We will ship all merchandise to the shipping address you provide, unless specified otherwise. All merchandise must be prepaid for before shipping or picking up the order. Our minimum order is $150.00. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS*
Defective merchandise, claims for shortages, or damages must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the order. Please include the invoice with the merchandise that is damaged. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Any customers with canceled orders will bare the cost of return shipping. Any order that has been processed in the warehouse is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
* MISSING AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS*
The drivers and the consignee must count and sign the number of cartons and/or pallets at the destination. Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons must be report on the drivers receipt at time of delivery.
